Below the village of Saint-Paul de Vence, and only a few steps from Polygone shopping centre, in a peaceful haven and a green setting with a dining room opening onto a terrace, Alain proposes traditional cooking made with passion and love and regional specialities.
A former butcher in Saint-Paul de Vence, he suggestes a heart of rump steak - with its bone marrow, an Provence andouillette. For the gourmets, the duck break "Rossini" served with its fried foie gras from the southwest of France, he has also ravioli "à la Tartuffa". His cooking evolves according his humour and his morning seasonal purchases.
Every day he proposes his "Alain's choice", he also has different suggestions which change and evolve according the seasons.
