Parking in Saint-Paul de Vence

We have 3 free parking spaces located on Route des Serres at the entrance to the village, near our famous Place Charles de Gaulle and one place next to the Pharmacy, rond-point Sainte Claire.

Indigo underground car park, on Rond-Point Sainte-Claire: 2 disabled places per levels (9 levels).

If you have a disabled parking permit you can park for free in all public car parks in Saint-Paul de Vence. The permit must be clearly visible. Place it inside the vehicle, behind the windscreen, so that agents authorised to record parking offences cannot miss it.

Toilets

Toilets that are specially equipped for reduced mobility visitors are to be found:

  • where the coaches park on Montée des Trious, 10 minutes from the village
  • at the bus stop, 5 minutes from Place Charles De Gaulle
  • in the centre of the village on Place de l’église, near the History Museum
  • in the centre of the village on the western remparts
  • in the centre of the village, rue de l'Etoile

Visiting Saint-Paul de Vence

The Tourist Information Office is located at 2 rue Grande, just 5 minutes from Place Charles de Gaulle. On the outside wall we have an intercom system for reduced mobility visitors. We will come outside to greet you on Rue Grande and bring you tourist information.

The pedestrian zone within the fortifications is cobbled, which makes getting around in a wheelchair tricky. We therefore recommend that you come accompanied, and follow the itinerary in blue on our map (promenade with views of the valley, Mediterranean Sea, and mountains).

The Tourist Information Office can offer a suitable circuit on a guided tour.

The Maeght Foundation

The Maeght Foundation has a free car park in front of the entrance for easy access.
Entrance to the Foundation is free for the disabled. Because there is no lift inside the building, only certain areas are accessible to visitors in wheelchairs (sections of the gardens plus the ground-floor rooms).
