Jean-Claude Tron,
A world of colour

Discover Jean-Claude Tron’s colourful studio, located in corridor No.46 on Rue Grande: fresh paintings, the surrounding countryside and a giant palette that seemingly contains every existing colour.

Jean-Claude Tron tells us about his 25 years in Saint-Paul, his desire for abstraction and his pleasurecentred approach. His childhood passion, painting, allows him to share his taste for colour and harmony. Tron’s vibrant artistic style has a childlike outlook.

The artist’s worldwide career is envied by many. Yet he remains humble: “It’s important to keep exploring and learning from one’s mistakes…” Splashes of bright oil paint waft over the Provençal fields he paints: in his quest for abstraction, each day is a new explosion of colour.

His studio / gallery is a temple of pleasure, curiosity and fortuitous encounters, full of highly evocative colours.
