L'Oliveraie
Set in the gardens near the pool and under the shade of centuries-old olive trees, summer restaurant L'Oliveraie offers grilled meat and fish served with seasonal vegetables, but also pizzas baked in a wood-fire oven or even barbecued tasty dishes. A generous corner of the Château Saint-Martin & Spa's garden is a profusion of herbs and ripening vegetables that inspire restaurant's menu. Orchestrated by Head Chef Jean-Luc Lefrançois and Pastry Chef Tanya Colella, L'Oliveraie is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the sundrenched Mediterranean flavours.
