SHIATSU is a form of natural healing that originated within the oldest healing method Traditional Chinese Medecine. This is a form of japanese acupressure similar to acupuncture but without needles. It combines subtile stretching with light pressure on meridians and acupoints. Shiatsu relieves tension and pain in the back, shoulders and neck. It also releases menstrual problems, improves digestion, calms anxiety and stress and helps cure insomnia. SHIATSU increases self awareness and brings harmony the body’ sentire organism.
